Oculus Rift as well, don’t really use it but gonna plug up for BONEWORKS and HL: Alyx fosho, if it wasn’t $1k I would like the Index

Yep the Index is high end hardware right now, it's the top, however for 450euros you can have an Oculus Quest or an Oculus Rift S and they both are very nice.

Tbh wouldn’t get a different headset than the Index if I were switching from my Gen 1 Oculus.

Yep same, I bought it 700€ in 2017, putting 450€ more on a small upgrade, nope.

But yea Valve Index's price must drop a little bit before we should consider buying it, it's clearly not a 1K worth of a upgrade from a Rift CV1.

I guess 2020 won't see any new major VR headset stuff, we will have to wait for 2021 for some kind of Valve Index wireless or something.

Never used one. Should I?

Depends your budget, really, if you have bucks, you def should go for the Valve Index, it's the best VR experience you can have today, it's 1000€

If you are not really looking for the best of the best, you should pick between Oculus Rift S, and Oculus Quest, they both are being sold at 450€
