Just these past few days maybe 2-3 hacks has been crashing on me multiple times thru the day, i run program and than steam like usual and mid game i get HL2.exe stopped working error. if you need a screenshot let me know and ill update this thread. like i said this barely started happening.

Are you playing on some special servers like zombies or whatever ?

No sir, just regular servers.

Can you please try to disable all features in ESP, except the Box ESP and try to play for a while and see if it still happens please ?

Will try that right now.  Is that including chams off?

Why not, i doubt it could cause any crashes but yea try without chams too.

20 mins into gameplay and no crashing yet, will report back in 45 mins. Usually it crashes by 15-20 mins into game play sometimes less.

Update : 1 hour into game play still no crash with all ESP settings off including chams. Just 2d box like you said.

Alright, can you activate some ESP features, without chams and see if no crash still.

Then, try with Chams, maybe it's the issue after all

Actually started doing that before you told me started with Palyer ESP Names only on right now, no crash so far i will activate more and report back in a bit.

Played for atleast 1 and a half with no crash with simple ESP like name, box, weapon name and box, c4 box ,distance , time left etc no crash, going to try chams only ON and see if that kicks me off the game.

Are you absolutely certain your hardware is fine? Run memtest, HDTune, etc.
