Hey, Just wondering when the last detection was on this cheat?

And is this cheat so safe that i can go cheat with skins? i have alot of skins worth $$$

The cheat has never been detected since its release on November 28th.

While every cheat can be detected, we have special protections against VAC to make it as hard to detect as possible.

What @how02 said, no detections yet... and they try their best to prevent detections; however, this doesn't mean you should use expensive skins because mistakes my preference is to never trust a p2c with I mean thousands dollars worth of skins or however much you have/what's expensive for you.

 

Just keep that in mind, but I do believe RoyalHack is a reliable cheat.
