The hack uses different technics to ensure its own protection, and that involves trying to hide itself, injecting, and other things.

Anti Viruses runtimes scanning doesn't like such behaviors, it's usually related to malware (trojans that injects themselves into 3rd party processes, or uses windows internals technics to hide itself).

But yes, the hack is safe.
