Arms Race or Deathmatch is told to be the best.

Or just plain ole competitive matchmaking.

I've heard you can't get banned from raging in Casual/DM, etc. Is that true?

Haven't tested but you could semi-rage

 

(5 fov 10 smooth) or some shit like that and just dominate people.

operation coin quests are the fastest if you are willing to buy it on a account you will probably lose 

i used to do some semi legit hacking on deathmatch servers, the more kills you got the more xp u will gain.

And obviously the operation coin quest.

I would not recommend rage hacking tho, but have not heard of ban from it yet either. Its on ur own risk.
