oh man dont talk about russain cheats, its pretty bad and C+P. Even it was detected before. I know only 3 good RU cheats for CSGO and midnight not one of them.

Not sure why you want standalone RCS but cheat already have X\Y Scale. Works with pSilent probably but using silent aim with RCS can cause a shakes for spectators.

i'm doubt about this. in russia we have around 4 cheats that supporting BattlEye games and so far no any problems. also i know cheat that in P2C sales and everyone can purchase it. they are also works without problems. But EAC in RUST was detected all RU cheats even in private sales. also this EAC works pretty good in other games.

It was one server for hvh only ago as i remember, but its down :C

The only reason is game anticheat. Its BattlEye and its much better then FF,VAC,PB and etc. So any cheat that can be easy purchased are always #1 priority for detection.

Well don't be worry about this. If you play really good and your aim is also good you will be fine. Even fov 1 is so low and almost invisible for everyone. If you have smooth aimbot then it's really hard to find something unreal. 

After you play match making game just turn off cheat and check your demo. I'm sure you can't find any aimbot shakes or like this.

It was really funny before they implement anticheat. but currenly its still fun. like crash player game, spawn animals/objects on players, mass kill, kick all from vehicle, thru all to skyfall and a lot of more. but not worth here have a cheat for GTA5 cuz there was more interested games like H1Z1, ARMA 3 and hope to see R6 Siege.

OverWatch. On this game may be more difficult to make a cheat but i know from experience and some guys are looking from something good and i think you guys can handle  

 

Overwatch is not hard for making cheat just Blizzard will sue to devs. Thats why you cant find cheats for OW like for CSGO
