Never played FN, barely have played PUBG. However, I think FN is pretty cool(watched my friend play it on my PS4 lul)

Pubg definitely. It still has a bunch of issues, but the gameplay is better than Fortnite IMO.

Fortnite is too fast-paced, and the building just feels weird to me.

Fortine is more an arcade-building BR while PUBG is a more realistic (but still not esport ready) BR game.

There is more action in Fortnite, games are faster and it's a good point. PUBG recently added a smaller map to counter that "running simulator" feeling.

Both games are good, but very different in many points.
